Slovak Maccabi Organisation: Promoting Jewish Sports and Community within Holocaust survivors descendants

Established in 1996, the Slovak Maccabi Organisation carries on the legacy of pre-WWII Czechoslovakia’s Maccabi movement. We organise athletic events and social gatherings, fostering a strong Jewish community in Slovakia. Our organisation also represents Slovakia in the Maccabiah Games in Israel and European Maccabi Games. We are proud to represent and cary the historic importance of the Maccabi movement, were many of our grandparents were members.
