What we do

Migdal Ohr is Israel’s largest welfare non-profit educational network that has been providing an enlightening framework of critical services and life-changing programmes to 40,000 disadvantaged and orphaned Jewish children across Israel.

At Migdal Ohr, we teach every day thousands of at-risk children across the spectrum of Israel’s population in dozens of day-care centres, kindergartens, grade schools, middle and high schools.

Migdal Ohr provides a warm, supportive and loving home in every way possible, from accommodation, meals, clothing and health services to vocational and academic training, educational opportunities and cultural activities.

The children of Migdal Ohr benefit from individual attention and education for values which provides them with a firm foundation for a new life of creativity and contribution to society and the state.
